Mack for a Special Permit SP-90-83 <br /> A Petition was filed by Charles L. Mack for a Special Permit under <br /> Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws for an existing dock, ramp <br /> and float in an R-3 zoning district on property located at 16 Bowsprit <br /> Point (Map 105, Block 225) Mashpee, MA. Owner of record: Charles L. <br /> and Margaret R. Mack. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication in The <br /> Enterprise, a newspaper of general circulation in the Town of Mashpee <br /> on October 8 and October 15, 1990, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the Petition at the Mashpee Town Hall <br /> on Wednesday, October 24, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the following <br /> members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting throughout: <br /> Cheryl A. Hawver, Michael A. Makunas and William J. Hanrahan. <br /> Greg Taylor represented the applicant and presented a photo of <br /> the existing dock, ramp and float with a total length of 46' . The <br /> Shellfish Constable stated he had no objections to the dock and no <br /> comments were received from Conservation. <br /> The Board determined that the use was in harmony with the purpose <br /> and intent of the By-laws and complied with the provisions thereof. <br /> Upon motion duly made and seconded the Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on October 24, 1990 to grant the Special Permit referenced <br /> by Wm. M. Warick plans dated 7/21/90. <br />
