Board of Appeals Minutes - January 8, 1997 4. <br /> Charles W. and Mae K. Eckler and Antonio Pulsone TRS. - Request a Variance from <br /> Sections 174-17, 174-21 and 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot <br /> size, setback and frontage requirements on properties located in an R-5 zoning district at <br /> 182 Wheeler Road (Map 49, Block 12)(Owner of record: Charles W. and Mae K. Eckler) <br /> and 184 Wheeler Road (Map 49, Block 13) (Owner of record: Antonio Pulsone TRS.) <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan,R. Nelson <br /> Engineer David Sanicki represented the applicant and explained the variance was to <br /> corrected an encroachment on the lot line. He stated that the Planning Board would not <br /> sign the change in lot lines until a Variance had been issued by the Board. The earliest <br /> zoning was 7.5 feet and the two owners agreed to an exchange of land to resolve the <br /> situation. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Variance. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. Mr. Govoni <br /> found that these houses were built in 1965 before foundation certification was required. <br /> Kirby R. Thwing. Jr. -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.G.4, 174-25.G.5 <br /> and 174-25115 of the Zoning By-laws to allow a woodworking shop, visitors center and <br /> factory outlet store on property located in an I-1, C-2 and R-3 zoning district at 526 Main <br /> St. (Map 26, Block 8)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Harrison R. Frye Jr. and <br /> Yuoshma G. Frye). <br /> (From November 13, 1996) <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, R. Guerrera, M. Makunas <br /> Mr. Makunas moved to grant the request to withdraw the application without prejudice. <br /> Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Minutes -Mr. Govoni moved to accept the Minutes of November 13, 1996. Mr. Regan <br /> seconded. Mr. Guerrera made the motion unanimous. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to adjourn at 9:20 P.M. Mr. Govoni seconded. All agreed. <br /> Elinor Walsh <br /> / <br />
