Board of Appeals Minutes- October 22, 1997 5. <br /> Mr. Makunas explained that the Board of Appeals plan was for purposes of granting a <br /> Variance and that the applicant has to go to the Planning Board for an ANR approval. He <br /> suggested that the Planning Board should decide what road plans are required. Mr. <br /> Dorgan said the road will be defined when the paving is done. <br /> Mr.Guerrera moved to grant a Variance from Section 174-12 with the condition that the <br /> road be paved from the Sandwich end of John Ewer Road to meet the requirements of <br /> Section 174-32 of the By-laws.
