TOWN OF MASBPEE <br /> BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> Minutes <br /> Monday, January 12, 1998 - 9 A.M. <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Monday, January 12, 1998 at 9 A.M. to <br /> review the responses to the Request for Proposals for a Traffic Safety Study for Dunkin' <br /> Donuts. Members present were Edward M. Govoni and Associate Members Michael A. <br /> Makunas and Richard Guerrera. Joyce Mason, Assistant Executive Secretary, was <br /> present. <br /> Ms. Mason reviewed the bids which were: <br /> Bruce Campbell Associates $6,450 <br /> Stokes 4,900 <br /> Bayside 12,280 <br /> C.I.D. 6,500 <br /> Tibbetts 7,330 <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to request Board Member James M.
