The applicant proposes to construct a single family home <br /> with a front setback of 25 feet from Great Oak Road and a setback of 35 feet to the edge of the <br /> wetlands. The property is located in an R-3 zoning district at 407 Great Oak Road (Map 126, <br /> Block 48) (Owner of record: Christopher Burden TR). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, J. Dorgan. <br /> Norman Hayes and Dave Crispin of the BSE Group represented the applicant. Plans were <br /> reviewed. There was discussion about potential concern of neighbors in the area. The Board <br /> requested the area be staked and personally viewed. There was no public comment. <br /> J. Regan motioned to take the matter under advisement pending a walk over the area and pending <br /> input from Greg Taylor, DPW. J. Dorgan seconded.
