He <br /> said the 20-day period for an appeal is counted from the day following the day when the <br /> Decision is filed. The Handbook of Masschusetts Land Use and Planning_Law states that <br /> when the 20-day appeal period ends on a weekend, the period may be extended until the <br /> following business day. <br /> CC: William F.
