Board of Appeals Minutes - February 25, 1998 3. <br /> Craig Lynch -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the Zoning By-laws <br /> for the construction of a dock on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 70 <br /> Popponesset Island Road (Map 106, Block 28) Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Albert <br /> A. and Lillian Hollander). <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, C. Hawver, J. Regan <br /> The Board reviewed new plans which included the relocation of the float to conform to <br /> the Harbormaster's requirements. <br /> Ms. Hawver moved to grant the Variance and Special Permit. Mr. Govoni seconded. All <br /> agreed. Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. Conditions are to include maintenance and <br /> repair. <br /> Minutes - January 28, 1998 -Mr. Govoni moved to accept Minutes.
