Makunas moved to take the matter under advisement until more information could be <br /> gathered about past use, specifically, whether the structure had been abandoned. R. Nelson <br /> seconded. J. Regan made the vote unanimous. <br /> Jason Stone-Requests an extension on requests for Variance from Sections 174-33 and 174-86. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, R. Nelson, R. Guerrera <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant an extension. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Dunkin'Donuts - Requests extension on requests for Special Permit under Sections 174-25.#.1, <br /> 174-25.E.2 and 174-25.H.6 of the Zoning By-laws. <br /> Members sitting: E. Govoni, J. Regan, M. Makunas <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane stated that the applicant was trying to implement the recommendations of <br /> the traffic report prepared for the Board. he requested an extension in the hearing calendar to <br /> May 29 to allow the presentation of a revised site plan at the May 13 meeting of the Board. Mr. <br /> Govoni said revised plans would have to be reviewed by the police, fire and DPW departments. <br /> Mr. Makunas discussed the availability of Board members to vote. Mr. Makunas moved to deny <br /> without prejudice. There was no second. The motion did not carry. <br /> Mr. Makunas said the applicant could have brought in a plan tonight. Mr. Kirrane said it was <br /> impossible to have it ready this early. Mr. Dorgan said they needed more time and that a member <br /> should be appointed to replace a member who resigned. Mr. Makunas said it was common to <br /> deny without prejudice and require a new application. Mr. Kirrane said this application has gone <br /> from February of 1997 and the client has spent the money on the traffic report and he does not <br /> think a new application is warranted. <br />
