Makunas Attorney Kevin Kirrane stated that the applicant was trying to implement the recommendations of the traffic report prepared for the Board. he requested an extension in the hearing calendar to May 29 to allow the presentation of a revised site plan at the May 13 meeting of the Board. Mr. Govoni said revised plans would have to be reviewed by the police, fire and DPW departments. Mr. Makunas discussed the availability of Board members to vote. Mr. Makunas moved to deny without prejudice. There was no second. The motion did not carry. Mr. Makunas said the applicant could have brought in a plan tonight. Mr. Kirrane said it was impossible to have it ready this early. Mr. Dorgan said they needed more time and that a member should be appointed to replace a member who resigned. Mr. Makunas said it was common to deny without prejudice and require a new application. Mr. Kirrane said this application has gone from February of 1997 and the client has spent the money on the traffic report and he does not think a new application is warranted.
