The Board did not open the hearing. <br /> Cape Cod Ventures -Jiffy Lube -Requests a Variance from Sections 174-31, 174-35 and <br /> 174-39 of the Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot size, frontage and off-street <br /> parking requirements on property located in a C-1 zoning district at 487 Falmouth Road <br /> (Map 67, Block 9) Mashpee, MA. <br /> I <br /> I Cape Cod Ventures -Jiffy Lube- Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.F.3, <br /> 'I 174-25.H.6, 175-51.B, 174-553 and 174-55C of the Zoning By-Iaws for the construction <br /> of a Jiffy Lube service station and to allow two signs over 20 square feet on property <br /> located in a C-1 zoning district at 487 Falmouth Road (Map 67, Block 9) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members present: C. Hawver, J. Dorgan, M. Makunas, R. Guerrera <br /> The Board received a written request to withdraw the application without prejudice. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to accept the request. Mr. Guerrera seconded. C. Hawver made the <br /> vote unanimous. <br /> Dunkin' Donuts -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-25.E.1, 174-25.E.2 and <br /> 174-25.H.6 of the Zoning By-laws for a donut and coffee shop with an accessory drive <br /> through window and one retail store on property located in a C-2 zoning district at 401 <br /> Main St. (Map 28, Block 10)Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Amancio S. Correia). <br /> Members present: J. Regan, M. Makunas, R. Guerrera <br /> The Board received a written request to extend the hearing calendar to May 29. Mr. <br /> Makunas moved to grant the request. Ms. Guerrera seconded. Mr. Regan made the vote <br /> unanimous <br /> Todd Sullivan -Requests a Special Permit under Sections 174-17 and 174-20 for <br /> permission to demolish an existing house, cottage, shed and craft shop and replace them <br /> with a house and cottage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 66 Redbrook <br /> Road (Map 110, Block 58A), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: M. Makunas, R. Nelson, J. Regan <br /> Mr. Regan stated that the applicant was supposed to supply the Board with proof that the <br /> property had not been abandoned. They have not supplied any information. Mr. Nelson <br /> said the property assessment has been changed from 108,000 in 1991 and now is 28,000 <br />
