Board of Appeals Minutes- August 12, 1998 7. <br /> 5. lighting be installed to point towards the building and away from the neighborhood. <br /> 6. that the three streets be paved to first 100 feet. <br /> 7. berm be installed. <br /> Mr. Hauck suggested that the applicant present revised plans for approval from the Design <br /> Review Committee. He also suggested the removal of H-6 paragraph(any other use) <br /> from the Special Permit. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to continue. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Charles Wilson- Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the lot coverage requirements to allow 26%lot coverage on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 87 Uncle Edward's Road(Map 117, Block 211) <br /> Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: Helen R. Alish.) <br /> I <br /> Members sitting: Robert G. Nelson, James M. Dorgan and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> Mr. Nelson reminded those in the audience that this application is under advisement and <br /> not open for general discussion from the public. However, letters could be submitted for <br /> consideration by the Board. <br /> Attorney Kirrane represented the applicant with revised plans reducing the lot coverage <br /> from 26%to 22% by eliminating the farmer's porch. The proposed plan meets all the <br /> sideline, front and rear setbacks. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to grant the variance. Mr. Guerrera seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to accept the minutes of June 24, 1998 and July 22, 1998. <br /> Mr. Regan seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to adjourn the meeting.
