Board Members present were Vice Chairman James E. <br /> Regan III and Associate Members Robert G. Nelson and James M. Dorgan. Board <br /> Members absent were Chairman Edward M. Govoni, Clerk Cheryl A. Hawver and <br /> Associate Members Richard T. Guerrera and Michael A. Makunas. <br /> Bennett E. & Anne L. Gordon Jr. -Request a Variance from Section 174-31 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to vary the lot frontage requirement to allow 191.26 feet <br /> frontage on property located in an I-1 zoning district at 67 Industrial Drive (Map 88 Block <br /> 25)Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: James E. Regan III, James M. Dorgan and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> Mr. Gordon represented his application. He stated that because of a surveying error in <br /> 1984 the lot does not meet the frontage requirement. He further indicated that in 1988 a <br /> variance on the lot was granted. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to grant the variance subject to findings 2, 3 and 4 of Variance <br /> Criteria. He noted that a decision had been filed on June 9, 1988 to grant the frontage <br /> variance on the lot. <br /> Mr. Nelson seconded the motion. All agreed. <br /> Betty_Crosby-Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to vary the front and side setback and lot coverage requirements on property <br /> located in an R-3 zoning district at 29 Wilson's Grove(Map 118 Block 91)Mashpee, <br /> MA. (Owner of record: Douglas R. Crosby, Tr.) <br /> Betty Crosby-Requests a Special Permit from Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws for <br /> permission to demolish an existing two-bedroom dwelling and construct a new two- <br /> bedroom dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 29 Wilson's Grove <br /> (Map 118 Block 91)Mashpee,MA. (Owner of record: Douglas R. Crosby, Tr.) <br /> David Sanicki of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the applicant. He stated that the <br /> proposed septic system has been updated and approved by the Board of Health. He <br /> indicated that the applicant intends to demolish the existing cottage and construct a new <br /> two-bedroom dwelling, replacing the deck with part of the house.
