Board of Appeals Minutes—October 14, 1998 8 <br /> Ms. Gildea wanted to go on record her strenuous objection to Mr. Sherman's letter being <br /> entertained by the Board in their decision making. She also stated that efforts by the <br /> applicants have been repeatedly denied for a period of eighteen months the opportunity to <br /> obtain from the Commission any action subject to the Zoning Board of Appeals' <br /> decision. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: <br /> MediaOne of Massachusetts Inc. -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.D.5 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for permission to expand a cable television relay facility with a <br /> 1,456 square foot addition on property located in an I-1 zoning district at 47 Industrial <br /> Drive (Map 88, Block 23) Mashpee, MA. <br /> Members sitting: James E. Regan III, Robert G. Nelson and Richard T. Guerrera. <br /> David Sargent of Habeeb and Associates represented the applicant. Mr. Sargent <br /> requested that a small revision be made to the decision for a Special Permit since he made <br /> a mistake when he calculated the square footage. It should read 1,630 square feet instead <br /> of 1,456 square feet. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to modify the decision for the Special Permit from 1,456 square feet to <br /> 1,630 square feet. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to accept the minutes of September 23, 1998. Mr. Govoni seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br /> Mr. Nelson suggested that a sign be purchased for the office door posting the hours of <br /> the Board of Appeals. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to adjourn the meeting.
