Board of Appeals Minutes—November 18, 1998 5 <br /> The applicant has also submitted the proposal to the Conservation Commission. Plans <br /> are to remove the existing cesspool system and install a denitrification system. <br /> Mr. Slavinsky stated that the home is 30 years old. He also added that there are large <br /> homes on both sides of this existing home. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Variance and construction as shown on plan"Proposed <br /> Addition Site Plan Located in Mashpee—Mass. Prepared for Michael Vining, Scale: 1"_ <br /> 20 Ft.,Plan No. 100598, dated October 5, 1998'; subject to the following conditions: <br /> • criteria 1-4. <br /> • findings 1,2 (fronts on a pond and is impacted). <br /> • removal of the cesspool will be an improvement to the property. <br /> • a denitrification system shall be installed. <br /> Mr. Ouenera seconded. All agreed. <br /> Estate of Ann V. Preseraves—Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br /> By-laws for permission to vary the lot size and frontage on property located in an R-5 <br /> zoning district at 65 Wilann road (Map 46-Block 38), Mashpee, MA. <br /> Mr. Regan read a letter from Attorney Peter N. Conathan requesting a six-month <br /> extension of the Variance. The Board granted a Variance to the subject lot in December, <br /> 1997, <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the six-month extension. Mr. Dorgan seconded. All agreed. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to accept the minutes of October 28, 1998.
