Board of Appeals Minutes - July 24, 1996 5. <br /> Mr. Govoni stated that the Bank had reviewed their landscape plans with Design Review <br /> and David Booth, the contractor, stated that they have revised the color scheme of the <br /> building. Mr. Nelson noted that the dimensions of the setback from Route 28 were not <br /> complete and Mr. Booth said he would submit new plans with this dimension. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Variance to vary the setback for parking from Route 28. <br /> Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. The Variance to be conditioned on revised plans of <br /> Sessoms Land Surveying. <br /> Mr. Govoni moved to grant the Special Permit subject to the submission of landscape <br /> plans and the posting of a $2,000 landscape bond. Mr. Nelson seconded. All agreed. <br /> Donna Bochanowski -Requested a 6 month extension on the Variance. Mr. Regan <br /> moved to grant the extension. Mr. Govoni seconded. Mr. Nelson made the vote <br /> unanimous. <br /> Discussion <br /> Peter Michaelson, builder, reviewed the bankruptcy of Winslow Farms. He said he had <br /> purchased nine lots and the Planning Board had approved his plan to finish the asphalt <br /> work on the roads. He explained that all of the costs were based on nine buildable lots <br /> and the Building Inspector had refused permits on two lots since they were in contiguous <br /> ownership. Mr. Govoni said he should do deed searches on the lots if he planned to file an <br /> appeal. Mr. Hauck said that if it has been in litigation that could suspend the zoning. The <br /> subdivision was approved in 1985. <br /> Mr. Govoni said Board would recommend James Dorgan for an associate member. <br /> Coastal Management Committee- Mr. Govoni stated the Committee needs a ZBA <br /> representative and an alternate. Mr. Nelson agreed to be the representative and Mr. <br /> Guerrera agreed to be the alternate. <br /> Minutes -Mr. Govoni moved to accept Minutes of June 26, 1996. Ms. Hawver seconded. <br /> All agreed. <br />
