Uh. . .uh. . . <br /> your motion, if you' re going to take it under advisement, that <br /> means no further input . . . <br /> The Chairman: Right. <br /> Attorney McKnight : Uh. . .do you want to make an exception <br /> for the particular documents that he says that he' s going to <br /> submit. <br /> The Chairman: That ' s a good point. <br /> Cheryl Hawver: I ' ll withdraw my second. <br /> The Chairman: Yeah. I ' ll make a motion to take it under <br /> advisement, but to allow the documents that Mrs . . .Mr. Henchy' s <br /> uh. . .machine broke down and couldn' t get to us, be submitted. <br /> Cheryl Hawver: I ' ll second that. <br /> The Chairman recognized Attorney Fox. <br /> Attorney Fox: I have no problem with that as long as I get <br /> a chance to look at it and submit some other documentation. <br /> Uh. . . since it ' s being open for him to uh. . . file new documents.
