----------- <br /> 9.338 Commercial Uses - For every 200 dwelling units 5,000 square feet of <br /> retail space and 5,000 square feet of office may be developed. All such j <br /> commercial buildings are subject to the same location, setback, height, and <br /> other special permit restrictions as the structures for dwelling units. All <br /> such commercial uses must be located together and have common landscaped <br /> y parking. One parking space for every 150 square feet of commercial space <br /> must be provided. Twenty-five (25) additional square feet of retail and <br /> office space may be developed for each additional dwelling unit over 200 <br /> contained in the open spaced attached single-family development. <br /> 9.34 Phasing - The applicant shall submit a phasing plan for completion of the <br /> project. Such a plan will give dates for the completion of each structure <br /> and functional area shown on the overall plan of development.' The Planning <br /> Board shall approve the phasing of the construction of single-family units, <br /> community buildings and recreational facilities so as to render the construc- <br /> tion of the development in an orderly fashion and to protect the individual <br /> lot owners within the development. Building permits for construction shall <br /> be granted only in accordance with such phasing schedule.
