i <br /> i <br /> I <br /> I <br /> sixty (60) days of delivery of Pre-Application materials with ` <br /> either a favorable review, or a set of written comments re- <br /> commending modification or withdrawal of the plan. <br /> 9. 38 Special Permit Application - Upon approval of the Pre-Appli- <br /> cation Plans, a developer may submit an application for a <br /> special permit for an Open Space Attached Single-Family De- <br /> velopment. The developer shall present the following to the <br /> Planning Board in support of an application. <br /> 9. 381 Subdivision plan if required, in accordance with rules <br /> and regulations of the subdivision control law of the Town <br /> of *4ashpee; <br /> 9. 382 General development plans shall be required in addition <br /> to the subdivision plan for a project including single-family <br /> : -housing and shall include the following documents; <br /> 9 .3821 Site plan showing topography at two (2) foot <br /> intervals, Project location, building locations, roads, <br /> parking, grading, pedestrian circulation, and any other <br /> pertinent information required by the Planning Board; <br /> 9. 3822 Building Plan showing floor plans and eleva- <br /> tion of proposed and existing buildings ; <br /> 9 . 3823 Open space plan showing }parks, recreation <br /> facilities, landscaping and proposed topography, and <br /> other pertinent information required by the Planning <br /> Board; <br /> 9. 3824 Landscape Plan showing details of plantings, <br /> entrance ways, signs and other structures. <br /> 9. 3825 Road profile plans on engineering plans showing <br /> utilities including water_ supply, quality and quantity <br /> for every two acres, sewerage disposal, electrical <br /> service, storm drainage (including capacity) - and other <br /> pertinent information required by the Planning Board. <br /> 9 . 38?6 Covenants or other documents satisfactory to <br /> the Planning Board to insure the open space will-' re- <br /> main <br /> illre-main open and not built upon. <br /> 9 . 3827 More than one party may be named as an appli- <br /> cant for a special permit.
