The total number of lots for building purposes within the ; l <br /> tract shown on the plan shall be not more than the number <br /> of tames that the total area of the tract, in square feet, � 4 <br /> exclusive of roads, is wholly divisible by the minimum <br /> lot size, in square feet, normally required for the dis- <br /> trictin which the tract is located. „1 <br /> 3. The lots for building purposes shall be grouped in a <br /> cluster or clusters, and tAthi.n each cluster the lots I ;! <br /> shall be contiguous . <br /> 4 .
