0.39 Building Permits - The developer shall submit to the Build- <br /> 0g Inspector prior to. the issuance of a building permit with <br /> s application for a building permit, a copy of the approved <br /> subdivision plan together with evidence that the project phasing <br /> schedule is being adhered to by the developer.
