j <br /> 9. 5622 ownership by homeowners' association - The <br /> Common Space may be owned by a corporation, trust <br /> or association organized by the developer for the <br /> benefit of the individual unit owners within the a ' <br /> PRC. Each unit owner shall acquire an interest <br /> in the corporation, trust or association auto- <br /> matically- upon acquiring title to a dwelling unit <br /> in the PRC. The corporation, trust or association <br /> shall own and maintain the Common Space, and shall k <br /> not dispose of any of the Common Space, by sale <br /> or otherwise (except to an organization conceived <br /> and established to own and maintain the Common <br /> Space for the benefit of the unit owners) . <br /> i l <br /> 9. 563 The provisions of Section 9. 363 shall apply to any <br /> organization established pursuant to Section 9. 5622.
