Makes or causes to be made without <br /> reasonable cause , any loud, boisterous <br /> and unreasonable noise or disturbance <br /> to the annoyance of any other persons <br /> nearby, or near to any public highway, <br /> road, street , lane , alley, park square , <br /> or common whereby the public peace is <br /> broken or disturbed, or the traveling <br /> public annoyed; <br /> 1 . Fails to obey a lawful order to <br /> disperse by a police officer , when <br /> known to be such an official , where one <br /> or more persons are committing acts of <br /> disorderly conduct in the immediate <br /> vicinity, and the public health and <br /> safety is imminently threatened; <br /> m. Maliciously or without good cause <br /> interrupts, harasses or molests the <br /> speaker or speakers at any lawful <br /> assembly, meeting or gathering, or• <br /> impairs the lawful rights of others to <br /> participate in such assembly, meeting <br /> or gathering when such conduct is <br /> calculated or likely to provoke <br /> disorderly conduct and procedure of the <br /> same or to cause turmoil or disturbance <br /> at same after being warned to refrain <br /> from such conduct by the person in <br /> charge of the assembly, meeting or <br /> gathering; <br /> n . Acts in a manner designed, likely or <br /> tending to cause or provoke <br /> disturbance in any public building <br /> or place of business wherein matters <br /> affecting the public are being <br /> considered or deliberated and which is <br /> designed, likely or tending to <br /> interfere with the orderly conduct or <br /> procedure of such consideration or <br /> deliberation after being warned by any <br /> person in authority to refrain from <br /> such conduct ; ! <br /> o.
