Any change <br /> in the rate of compensation for travel <br /> allowance shall be effective immediately <br /> upon its adoption by vote of town meeting <br /> subject to approval as required by the <br /> General Laws , and any payment increase <br /> hereunder shall not be paid until said <br /> approval is obtained and published. <br /> Article 3.3 Annual Town Audit . <br /> Section 3.3. 1 Audit by State .
