<br /> place in such manner that such conduct
<br /> constitutes a clear and present danger
<br /> to the free and lawful movement of any
<br /> person or to the extent that any other
<br /> person will be, or is likely to be, re—
<br /> strained, enjoined, incapacitated or
<br /> stopped in their lawful exercise of
<br /> business, occupation, amusement, recreation
<br /> or any other lawful pursuit;
<br /> e. Obstructs, either singly* or together with
<br /> other persons, the flow of vehicular or
<br /> pedestrian traffic and refuses to clear
<br /> such public way or public place when ordered II
<br /> to do so by the Mashpee Police or other lawful II
<br /> authority known to be such;
<br /> ' i
<br /> f. Drinks or consumes any alcoholic beverages
<br /> in any motor vehicle either parked or being
<br /> operated, or in any public place as defined j
<br /> by this ordinance within the Town of Mashpee,
<br /> excepting such beverages served on the premises
<br /> of alcholic beverage licensees during the
<br /> hours permitted by law.
<br /> g. Disturbs the peace of another or others
<br /> by violent, indecent, offensive, hostile,
<br /> boisterous, or obscene conduct, which conduct,
<br /> is designed or calculated or likelyito
<br /> cause anguish or injury to another or others;
<br /> i
<br /> h. Throws any missle or object upon -or at any
<br /> person, vehicle, building, tree, sign or
<br /> other public or private property;
<br /> i. Prowls or wanders in or upon the private
<br /> property of another, or without good reason,
<br /> or without visible or lawful business with
<br /> the owner or occupant thereof, peeks, peeps or
<br /> peers in any door or window of any building
<br /> or structure thereon;
<br /> j. Damages, befouls, urinates, defecates or
<br /> disturbs a public place or the property of
<br /> another so as to create a hazardous, unhealthy,
<br /> or physically offensive condition, or throws,
<br /> drops or places any bottle, can, paper, or other
<br /> litter in a public place or property of another.
<br /> k. Makes or causes to be made without reasonable
<br /> cause, any loud, boisterous and unreasonable
<br /> noise or disturbance to the annoyance of any
<br /> other persons nearby, or near to any public
<br /> highway, road, street, lane, alley, park square,
<br /> or common whereby the public peace is broken or
<br /> disturbed, or the travelling public annoyed;
