Prior to acceptance of any system, <br /> a service contract or a notarized affidavit I ! , <br /> must be presented to the Fire Chief verifying <br /> that the alarm system is being maintained on <br /> at least an annual basis . j <br /> This maintenance service must be provided <br /> by the owner of the structure or structures <br /> in the case of an apartment p (s) building, � f <br /> hotel, motel, boarding house, etc. , or by <br /> an association formen by a group of owners <br /> as in the case of condominiums . The builder <br /> of the condominiums shall include a clause � I <br /> in the deed so stating that the responsibility <br /> of the alarm system maintenance will be placed <br /> on the association. I ' <br /> Ii <br /> There will be a penalty fee of twenty-five } <br /> dollars ($25) per day for each day of non- <br /> compliance of any part of the By-Law.
