I . <br /> I <br /> Article 1 2 Annual Town Report <br /> Section 1 .2. 1 Date of Submission . All Town Reports from <br /> each department , elected or appointed <br /> officials, shall be printed or typewritten <br /> and submitted to the Selectmen or Town <br /> C1erK on or before the second Monday of <br /> February in each year . <br /> Section 1 .2.2 Contents. The Annual Town Report shall <br /> contain : <br /> a. The reports of all Town Boards, <br /> Officers and Committees having the <br /> control of expenditure of the Town's <br /> j money, including a list of all <br /> indebtedness against each department , <br /> which does not appear in its financial <br /> statement . <br /> b. A report of all Town Meetings held <br /> during the year , including the <br /> articles of the warrant and the action <br /> of the meeting thereon . <br /> C . Reports or abstracts of reports of all <br /> special committees presented at any <br /> meetings held during the year , together <br /> with any action taken at said meetings, <br /> including committee appointments and <br /> resolutions passed. <br /> d.
