I <br /> prosecuting any action at law under the <br /> provisions of the Public Statutes <br /> relating to suits on bonds, notes or other <br /> securities. <br /> Section 2.2.2 Term of Office . Beginning in the year <br /> 1969, the office of the Treasurer and <br /> Tax Collector shall run for coterminous <br /> terms, and the term of the Treasurer , <br /> elected in 1969, shall end in 1971 . <br /> Thereafter , the term of the offices of the <br /> Tax Collector and Treasurer shall be for <br /> three years. <br /> Section 2.2.3 Fees. All fees received by all Town <br /> Officers by virtue of their office shall <br /> be paid over to the Town Treasury in their <br /> entirety, except that the Town Clerk shall <br /> be entitled to receive the fees provided <br /> by statue .
