Article 2.7 Planning Boards <br /> Section 2.7. 1 Membership . The voters of the Town shall <br /> choose by ballot , beginning with the annual <br /> election in March of 1960 , a Planning Board <br /> to consist of five members under the <br /> Provisions of General Laws, Chapter 41 , <br /> Section 81A; provided that at the 1950 <br /> election members of the Planning Board I <br /> shall be elected, one for a term of one <br /> Year , one for a term of two years, one for <br /> a term of three years, one for a term of <br /> four years, and one for a term of five <br /> years; subsequent annual elections to <br /> choose one member for a term of five years. i <br /> i <br /> Section 2.7.2 Powers and Duties. The powers and duties <br /> of such Board shall be such as are stated <br /> in General Laws of the Commonwealth and, <br /> in addition shall 1 consider and advise <br /> upon municipal improvements at the request I ! <br /> of other town officials, departments, <br /> boards or committees, or upon its own f <br /> initiative . <br /> Section 2.7.3 Vacancies.
