SECTION 1 4 : ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES <br /> 1 Y . 1 No building shall be erected, altered or moved in <br /> the Town without a written permit issued by the <br /> Building Inspector . &uch permits shall be applied <br /> for in writing to the Building Inspector . The <br /> Building Inspector shall not issue such permit <br /> unless the plans for the building and the <br /> intended use thereof in al l respects. ful f i l l the x <br /> pr•,v i s i ons of this Zoning By-Laws except as may <br /> have been specifically permitted otherwise by <br /> action of the Board of Appeals , provided a. <br /> written copy of the terms governing any such <br /> permission be attached to the application and to <br /> the resulting building permit issued. One copy of <br /> each• such pe.r•m i t issued, including .any conditions <br /> or exceptions attached thereto, shall be Kest on <br /> l e in the office of the Building Inspector . <br /> 14 ,2, . Each application for a. permit to build , alter , or <br /> move a.. .bu i 1 di ng steal 1 be accompa.n i ed by a. p1 of <br /> plan in such number of copies and drawn to such <br /> s•ca.i e as is required by the Building Bi'-Lavts of <br /> the Torn . Each such pl of plan shall stow <br /> dimensions and a.r•eas of lots and of s.tructur•es to <br /> be erected, altered or moved, and adjacent streets <br /> or. a.ngl e= of: al 1 1 of 1 knes shown thereon , also of <br /> any streets or ways. Such plot plans shall <br /> -indicate Approved street grades and proposed <br /> elevations of the top of foundat i ons . Also such <br /> plot plans shall show the locations of existing <br /> sanitary sewers , storm drains, and water pipes in <br /> any street shown and the locations of all existing <br /> - application <br /> �� the �. 1 _.� <br /> within buildings and _tr•ucture_� i� it pr <br /> area . Also the location of existing or proposed <br /> wells and sanitary disposal areas shall be shown . <br /> I <br /> 14.3 This zoning by-lava shall be enforced by the <br /> Building Inspector who , upon being informed in <br /> writing of a possible violation of this by-law, <br /> or on his own initiative , shall make or cause to <br /> be made an investigation of facts and an inspection <br /> of the premises where such violation i s alleged to <br /> exist . The Building In_pector• , after review and <br /> inspection .a.s aforesaid, shall make a. determination <br /> as to whether or not a violation exis•ts . If the <br /> Building Inspector determines that a violation <br /> exists, he shall give written notice of such <br /> violation to the owner and to the occupant of =_such <br /> premises and shall demand that such violation be <br /> abated within a reasonable time asdesignated i n the <br /> lair i tten notice . Such notice and demand may be given <br /> either in person or by mail addressed to the owner �t <br /> I <br /> r. 14-1 <br />
