SECTION 1 4 : ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES 1 Y . 1 No building shall be erected, altered or moved in the Town without a written permit issued by the Building Inspector . &uch permits shall be applied for in writing to the Building Inspector . The Building Inspector shall not issue such permit unless the plans for the building and the intended use thereof in al l respects. ful f i l l the x pr•,v i s i ons of this Zoning By-Laws except as may have been specifically permitted otherwise by action of the Board of Appeals , provided a. written copy of the terms governing any such permission be attached to the application and to the resulting building permit issued. One copy of each• such pe.r•m i t issued, including .any conditions or exceptions attached thereto, shall be Kest on l e in the office of the Building Inspector . 14 ,2, . Each application for a. permit to build , alter , or move a.. .bu i 1 di ng steal 1 be accompa.n i ed by a. p1 of plan in such number of copies and drawn to such s•ca.i e as is required by the Building Bi'-Lavts of the Torn . Each such pl of plan shall stow dimensions and a.r•eas of lots and of s.tructur•es to be erected, altered or moved, and adjacent streets or. a.ngl e= of: al 1 1 of 1 knes shown thereon , also of any streets or ways. Such plot plans shall -indicate Approved street grades and proposed elevations of the top of foundat i ons . Also such plot plans shall show the locations of existing sanitary sewers , storm drains, and water pipes in any street shown and the locations of all existing - application �� the �. 1 _.� within buildings and _tr•ucture_� i� it pr area . Also the location of existing or proposed wells and sanitary disposal areas shall be shown . I 14.3 This zoning by-lava shall be enforced by the Building Inspector who , upon being informed in writing of a possible violation of this by-law, or on his own initiative , shall make or cause to be made an investigation of facts and an inspection of the premises where such violation i s alleged to exist . The Building In_pector• , after review and inspection .a.s aforesaid, shall make a. determination as to whether or not a violation exis•ts . If the Building Inspector determines that a violation exists, he shall give written notice of such violation to the owner and to the occupant of =_such premises and shall demand that such violation be abated within a reasonable time asdesignated i n the lair i tten notice .
