_ 10 vi NJ <br />PETITION FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS CPR VA EEWeyS) <br />Hyannis, Mass., Sept. 19 1957 <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee Massachusetts. <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY and <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br />request permission to maintain poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting <br />fixtures, tw be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across the following public way or <br />ways which were being maintained in, along and across such private way or ways at the time of its or their <br />acceptance as a public way or ways. <br />MONOMOSCOY ROAD at southeast corner of Russell Road ONE (1) POLE <br />MONOMOSCOY RQU from Rusiell Road., southerly THIRTEEN (13) POLES <br />Wherefore they pray that they be granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain <br />poles, wires and cables together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as they may find necessary, said poles to <br />be located substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked—C. & V. E.
