FORMERLY <br />ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS (PRIVATE WAYS) <br />In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpae Massachusetts. <br />ORDERED: That the CAPE & VINTEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY and <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br />be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to maintain poles and their respec- <br />tive wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies <br />may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to which were being maintained in, along <br />and across such private way or ways at the time of its or their acceptance as a public way or ways, as requested <br />in petition of said Companies dated the 19th day of Sept. 19 57 <br />All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— <br />Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated <br />upon the plan marked—C. & V. E. CO., No. 4648 Dated Sept. 19, 1957• — <br />filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE <br />AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables <br />and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY necessary wires, cables and fixtures <br />and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 1$ feet from the ground <br />at highway crossings, and not less than 18 feet from the ground elsewhere. <br />The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be <br />maintained, and the number of poles which may be maintained thereon under this order: <br />MONOMOSCOY ROAD at southeast corner of Russell Road ONE (1) POLE <br />MONOMOSCOY ROAD from Russell Roadil southerly THIRTEEN (13) POLES <br />Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain underground <br />laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with <br />' such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town <br />of ... ................_.._...................Mashp.ee... ._.........._._.....:......._.._._._..Alassachusetts, held on the.._...._..._eji.O._ � .................................. day <br />of ... ......c .... .. .......19 57. <br />Jerk of Selectmen. <br />CERTIFICATE <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of a joint location order adopted by the Board of Selectmen <br />ofthe Town of... ....................... ........... .....................hPe.................. ....... ......_.................. .......... ................... .... ......... .......................
