MAG, FORM $50 - PETITION FOR JOINT -OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS. <br />New Bedford, Mass, June 30, <br />TOthe BOARD OF SELECTMEN, <br />of the Town of MASHPFE, Massachusetts, / <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />request permission to locate poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the <br />fixtures to be owned apd used in common by your petitioners, along and <br />ways :— <br />SANDWICH—COTUIT <br />(One (1) pole to be <br />north of Sandwich <br />(or Mait�Road) <br />11 <br />la 58. <br />ay sustaining and protecting <br />the following public way or <br />Town <br />-- THREE (3) POLES <br />Wherefore they pray t1 t after due notice and hearing as provided by law, they be gran ornt or iden- <br />tical locations for and pe pion to erect and maintain poles, wires and cables, together with su&t1istaining <br />and protecting fixtures they may find necessary, said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with <br />the plan filed herewith ked—N. E. T. & T.
