FORM 568 PETITION FOR JOINT POLE RELOCATION IUW., <br />11-1-65 <br />To the BOARD OF SELECTMEN, New Bedford, Mass., July 8, 1958. <br />of the Town of MASHPEE, Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />request permission to relocate poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and pro- <br />tecting fixtures, along and across the following public way or ways:— <br />SANDWICH+ICOTUIT ROAD, west side, opposite south line <br />of Tanampo Street -- ONE (1) POLE <br />(One pole to be removed at northeast corner of Tanampo Street) <br />Wherefore they ask that they be granted a joint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain <br />poles, wires and cables, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as they may find necessary, said <br />poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked—N. E. T. & T.
