MASS.i ORM 000 PETITION FOR POLE AND WIRE LOCATIONS Town <br />To the Hoard of Selectmen <br />New Eedfords Mass., July 29s 1959 <br />Of Mashpees Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY requests permission to locate <br />a line of wires, cables, poles, and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along <br />and across the following public way or ways :— <br />MASHPEE NECK ROAN$ from Quinaquissett Road southerly TWELVE (12) Poles <br />Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it be granted a location for and <br />permission to erect and maintain a line of wires, cables and poles, together with such sustaining and protecting <br />fixtures as it may find necessary, said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed here- <br />with marked—N. E. T. & T. Co., No. 325 Dated July 290 1959 <br />Also for permission to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersect- <br />ing public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for <br />distributing purposes. <br />Your petitioner agrees to reserve space for one crossarm at a suitable point on each of said poles for the <br />fire, police, telephone and telegraph signal wires belonging to the municipality and used by it exclusively for <br />municipal purposes. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPH NE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br />yH gig t o ay Agent <br />
