16 r•' FORMMws8.S98 ORDER FOR POLE•AND WIRE LOCATIONS uM" - _ In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, ''Massachusetts Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY be and it is hereby granted a location for and permission to erect and maintain a line of wires, cables and poles, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem necessary, in the public way or ways herein- after referred to, as requested in petition of said Company dated the 22nd day of illy 19 60 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions.— Poles onditions.Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N: E. T. & T. Co., No. 634 Dated 7-22-60 —filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles not to exceed 40 wires and U cables and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than lb feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. ' The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— NASRPEB NECK ROAD, from QuirtaquUsett Road, southerly THRELr (3) Poles (TWO (2) Poles to be removed) It Also that permission be and hereby is granted said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELE- GRAPH COMPANY to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersect- ing public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes.
