FORM 50 PETITION FOR JOINT POLE RELOCATION <br />I1 -1 -Ge <br />New Bedford, Mass., March 5, 1962 <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />Of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and <br />CAPE & VIIIEYARD ELECTRIC COIMA14Y <br />I_ Xw_r� <br />request permission to relocate poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and pro- <br />tecting fixtures, along and across the following public way or ways: <br />140NOMUSCOY ROAD, from Russell Road westerly <br />ONE (1) Pole <br />(ONE (1) Pole to be removed) <br />Wherefore they ask that they be granted a joint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain <br />poles, wires and cables, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as they may find necessary, said <br />poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked—N. E. T. & T.
