MASS. FORM 570 ORDER FOR JOINT POLE RELOCATION u -1 -as 1 t (, IN BOARD OF SELECTMEN OF THE TOWN OF Mashpee., MASSACHUSETTS. ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & Vn EYARO ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted a joint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 26th day of August 19 66 . All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions.— Poles onditions.Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 213 Dated August 26 s 1966. —filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wire., catrles, and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— QUINAQUISSETT AVENUE, from Clipper Street easterly. THREE (3) poles THREE (3) poles to be removed Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
