FORM'MAW. say # ORDER FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS �pRIVATE WAYS) In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee, Massachusetts, ORDERED:, That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to which were being main- tained in, along and across such private way or ways at the time of its or their acceptance as a public way or ways, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 26th day of October 19 66 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 252 Dated October 26, 1966 filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 110 wires and 4 cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wises, cables and £i xtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be maintained, and the number of poles which may be maintained thereon under this order: RIVERSIDE ROAD, from Seconset Road northeasterly. TEN (10) poles Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
