October 26, 19 66 <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and <br />CAPE & VINEIARD ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />request permission to maintain poles, wires, cables and fixtures, including the necessary sustaining and pro- <br />tecting fixtures, to be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across the following public <br />way or ways which were being maintained in, along and across such private way or ways at the time of its or <br />their acceptance as a public way or ways. <br />RIVERSIDE ROAD, from Seconset Road northeasterly. TEN (10) poles <br />Wherefore they pray that they be granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and <br />maintain poles, wires and cables together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as they may find neces- <br />sary, said poles to be located substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked—N. E. T. & T.
