FORM MAB , BBB BURIED CABLE AGREEMENT CITY/TOWN <br />10.1A5 <br />WHEREAS by an order of the Board of Selectmen of the-City/Town <br />of Mashpee , Massachusetts, dated March 15, 19 67, permission has <br />,0, been granted to the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY to place and <br />maintain buried cable, manholes, handholes. with the wires and cables therein, markers and other fixtures <br />in or under the surface of: <br />Sandwich Forestdale Road <br />as referred to in said order, to which order reference may be had, <br />NOW THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that said NEW ENG- <br />LAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY in consideration of the premises and in compli- <br />ance with the terms and requirements of said order, doth hereby for itself and its successors and assigns, <br />covenant and agree to and with the said-Gity/Town of Mashpee <br />as follows.- <br />1. <br />ollows.1. That said Company shall indemnify and save harmless the said-C-ity/Town against all damages, <br />costs and expense whatsoever to which the Eitp/Town may be subjected in consequence of the acts or neglect <br />of said Company, its agents or servants, or in any manner arising from the rights and privileges granted it <br />by the City/Town. <br />2.
