' PETITION FOR POLE AND WIRE LOCATIONS <br />Hyannis, Massachusetts, April 27 .19 67 . <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee Massachusetts. <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY requests permission to locate poles, wires and fixtures, <br />including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way .— <br />STATE HIGHWAY, ROUTE 28, along Cape & Vineyard Electric Company <br />wire crossing grant (Book III, Page 3), ONE (1) POLE <br />Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it be granted a location for and <br />permission to erect and maintain poles and wires, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may <br />find necessary, said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked Plan <br />No. 5856A Dated April 27, 1967 <br />Your petitioner agrees to reserve space for one crossarm at a suitable point on each of said poles for the fire, <br />police, telephone and telegraph signal wires belonging to the municipality and used by it exclusively for municipal <br />purposes. <br />Porm CA -60 CV <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />By...... .................:....�............................ _ _ k-..._......................... _...... <br />Vice President and General Manager <br />
