PETITION FOR POLE AND WIRE LOCATIONS <br />Hyannis, Massachusetts, May 8 19 67. <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee Massachusetts. <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY requests permission to locate poles, wires and fixtures, <br />including the necessary sustaining and protecting fixtures, along and across the following public way .— <br />ORCHARD ROAD, along Cape & Vineyard Electric Company Wire Crossing <br />Grant (Book 3, Page 9), northeasterly ONE (1) POLE <br />OLD MILL ROAD, along Cape & Vineyard Wire Crossing Grant (Book 3, <br />Page 11), northeasterly ONE (1) POLE <br />Wherefore it prays that after due notice and hearing as provided by law, it be granted a location for and <br />permission to erect and maintain poles and wires, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may <br />find necessary, said poles to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked Plan <br />No. 5859, 5860 Dated May 8, 1967 <br />Your petitioner agrees to reserve space for one crossarm at a suitable point on each of said poles for the fire, <br />police, telephone and telegraph signal wires belonging to the municipality and used by it exclusively for municipal <br />`r. purposes. <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />Vice"rre'gia'6rit "and"GeffiYigT"Manager <br />cora, ca -so cv <br />
