FORM 961 <br />11_1J <br />PETITION FOR CONDUIT LOCATION—CITIES AND TOWNS <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />Of Mashpee Massachusetts, <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY requests permission to lay and <br />maintain underground conduits and manholes, with the wires and cables to be placed therein, under the <br />surface of the following public way or ways:— <br />GREAT NECK ROAD beginning at pole 3/33 conduit crossing Great <br />Neck Road in a westerly direction for approximately <br />51 feet <br />Also for permission to lay and maintain underground conduits, manholes, cables and wires in the above <br />or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may <br />desire for distributing purposes. <br />Plan marked—N. E. T. & T.
