f `. <br />4 <br />.: <br />FORM <br />-14S ]11 <br />P>;TITION FOR BURIED CABLE LOCATION <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee Massachusetts <br />New England Telephone and Telegraph Company requests permission to place and maintain buried <br />cable, manholes, inandholes, with the wires and cables therein, markers and other fixtures in or under the <br />surface of the following public way or ways:— <br />ROUTE 28 buried cable beginning at pole 24/59 and running in <br />a southerly direction along Route 28 for approximately <br />855 feet <br />ONE (1) road crossing for approximately 35 feet <br />TWO (2) pedestal type terminals <br />Also for permission to place and maintain underground laterals, manholes, handholes, cables and <br />wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of malting connections with such poles and <br />buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes. <br />Plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO.
