FORM 551 <br />11 -La <br />l <br />/ r'' PETITION FOR CONDUIT LOCATION—CITIES AND TOWNS <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />Of Mashpee Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY requests permission to lay and <br />maintain underground conduits and manholes, with the wires and cables to be placed therein, under the <br />surface of the following public way or ways:— <br />COUNTY ROAD ONE (1) road crossing (conduit) <br />buried cable beginning at pole 219/44 and <br />running in a westerly direction for approximately <br />151 thence turning southerly for approximately <br />5' to Tri -Town Circle. <br />Also for permission to lay and maintain underground conduits, manholes, cables and wires in the above <br />or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may <br />desire for distributing purposes. <br />Plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No, 73-1276 dated July 16, 1973 <br />showing location of conduit to be constructed is filed herewith.
