ORDER FOR POLE RE -LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Nashpee, Massachusetts. ORDERED: That the NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT COMPANY be and it is hereby granted a relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and wires to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Company dated the 21St day ofNovember 19 73 All construction under the order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked — Plan No. 7943 Dated 10/31/73 —filed with this order. There may be attached to said poles not to exceed and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order: — GREAT NECK ROAD, from Great Hay Road southeasterly -------TWO (2) POLES One pole to be removed ee cved //- -2 9- 7 3 THIS FORM SHOULD BE FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY THE SELECTMEN AND DELIVERED TO THE TOWN CLERK WHO WILL FILE SAME IN HIS BOOK OF LOCATION RECORDS AS SPECIFIED IN CHAP. 506, ACTS OF 1911. -ym CLt-Q e c�_ ./ / - z 9 - 7 3 Also that permission be and hereby is granted to said Company to lay and maintain underground cables, conduits, wires, and necessary equipment in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as they may desire for distributing purposes.
