Yarmouth, Mass., December 3, 1973 <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and <br />NEW BEDFORD GAS & EDISON LIGHT COi4PANY <br />request permission to locate pole., wires, cables and fixtures, inehidiug the nea;assry sustaining and protecting <br />fixtures to -be owned and used in common by your petitioners, along and across the following public way or <br />ways :-- <br />RED BROOK ROAD from Great Oak Road westerly twenty–eight Poles <br />Remove two poles <br />Wherefore they pray thrt after due notice and hearing as provided by law, they be. granted joint or iden- <br />tical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles, wires and cables, iogetliez vrith such sustaining <br />and protecting fixtures as they may find necessary, said poles to be erected,substantially in accordance with <br />the plan filed herewith marked—N. E. T. & T.
