MAY FORM At <br />u.ws <br />. 41 <br />PETITION FOR CONDUIT LOCATION—CITIES AND TOWNS <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY requests permission to lay and <br />maintain underground conduits and manholes, with the wires and cables to be placed therein, under the <br />surface of the following public way or ways:— <br />COTUIT - SANDWICH ROAD One (1) road crossing for approx- <br />imately 60 feet. <br />Also for permission to lay and maintain underground conduits, manholes. cables and wires in the above <br />or intersecting public Ways for the purpose of malting connections with such poles and buildings as it may <br />desire for distributing purposes. <br />Plan marked—N.B. T. &T.
