.acne o°.oM e31 ORDER' FOR JOINT OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of RASITEEs, Massachusetts. Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: that the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and NEN BEDFORD GAS & EDISON LIGHT CONPAilY be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as slid Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 2:nd day of April. 19 73 . All cons;.ruction under this order shall be in eccorzisnce with the following conditions:— Poles onditions:Poles sball be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and small be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan markad—N. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be enacted thereon under this order:— SANDRICH COTJIT ROAD$ from Heslock Drive Northerly.............Three (3) Poles. In order to correct our records and avoid a duplication of a grant on Sandwich-Cotuit Road dated April 18,_ 1973 for three(3;) poles,, please cencel from your records. Also that perrrda4on be and hereby is gi-nted,to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under- ground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con. p. sections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
