Priestly and the Board of Selectmen <br /> desire to clarify the effective date and time of the resignation; and t <br /> Whereas Section 4.0 of the Employment Agreement between the v <br /> Town of Mashpee and Chief James J. Priestly requires a three month <br /> notice in advance of a voluntary resignation, unless the parties <br /> otherwise agree; <br /> It is now understood and agreed by and between the parties <br /> here to that the resignation of James J.
