ORDER FOR JOINT' OR IDENTICAL POLE LOCATIONS <br /> In Board of Selectmen of the Town of MASHPEE Massachusetts. <br /> Notice having been given and a public hearing held, as provided by law, <br /> IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: <br /> that the NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT COMPANY and <br /> NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br /> be and they are hereby granted joint or identical locations for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their <br /> respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Compa. <br /> nies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies <br /> dated the 27th day of May 1980 . <br /> All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— <br /> Poles <br /> onditions:Poles shall be of sound timber and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon <br /> the plan marked—N. B. G. and E. L. CO., No. 8818 Dated May 27, 1980 <br /> filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELE- <br /> GRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables. <br /> and by said NEW BEDFORD GAS AND EDISON LIGHT COMPANY necessary wires, cables and fixtures <br /> and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway <br /> crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. <br /> The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the <br /> number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— <br /> MONOMOSCOY ISLAND RD. , southerly ------------------ FIVE (5) POLES <br /> from Monomoscoy Island Rd, <br /> Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain underground cables, <br /> conduits, wires, and necessary equipment in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connec- <br /> tions with such polesand buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town of .................. <br /> ....................Mashpee..............................
